Vitek Vanecek to Start vs. Blue Jackets Amidst Rough Stretch

Vitek Vanecek will start in goal for the Mammoth on Sunday against the Blue Jackets, marking his first start since Dec. 29. The 30-year-old netminder is currently struggling, holding an 0-8-1 record with an .867 save percentage and a 3.24 GAA over his last nine appearances. He aims for his first victory since Oct. 26 against a Columbus team on a back-to-back, having lost four straight games.
