Flyers Place Key Defenseman Jamie Drysdale on Injured Reserve

Philadelphia Flyers defenseman Jamie Drysdale has been placed on injured reserve (IR) after sustaining an injury from a hit by Anaheim Ducks forward Ross Johnston on Jan. 6. Drysdale, 23, missed the Jan. 8 game against Toronto, and the earliest he can return is Jan. 14 against the Buffalo Sabres.
