Red Wings Rookie Emmitt Finnie Scores Ninth Goal, Earns High Praise

Detroit Red Wings rookie Emmitt Finnie, a 2023 seventh-round pick, continues to exceed expectations, tallying his ninth goal of the season in Tuesday's 4-3 overtime win against the Dallas Stars. Finnie scored a crucial power-play goal in the third period. Playing on the top line, he has earned significant praise from teammate Dylan Larkin, who called him a 'special player,' and head coach Todd McLellan, who noted Finnie has 'earned a seat at the table.'
