Alex Lyon to Start for Sabres, Extends Undefeated Streak to Five Games

Alex Lyon is confirmed to start in goal for the Buffalo Sabres on the road against the Ottawa Senators on Tuesday. The 33-year-old netminder is currently undefeated in his last five outings, boasting a 2.31 GAA and a .922 save percentage during that impressive run. Due to his strong performance, head coach Lindy Ruff appears to be favoring Lyon over Ukka-Pekka Luukkonen, riding the hot hand in the crease.
