Andersen Gets Starting Nod vs. Panthers; First Start Since Dec. 4

Frederik Andersen is slated to start in goal for the Carolina Hurricanes at home against the Panthers on Tuesday, as reported by Chip Alexander. This will be Andersen's first appearance in the crease since December 4 against Toronto. The Hurricanes have been splitting their last nine starts between Brandon Bussi and Pyotr Kochetkov. The team is expected to make a decision regarding their three netminders soon, with Andersen potentially being the odd man out in the rotation.
