Pesce Activated Off Injured Reserve, Set to Return Against Vegas

Brett Pesce (upper body) has been activated off injured reserve, clearing him to play Wednesday against the Golden Knights. The Devils blueliner is expected to join Luke Hughes on the second pairing. Pesce had not scored in nine outings before his injury and will be looking for his first goal of the season upon his return. Dennis Cholowski will be a healthy scratch.
