Fowler Gets Starting Nod vs. Flyers Despite Recent Struggles

Jacob Fowler will start in goal for the Montreal Canadiens against the Philadelphia Flyers on Tuesday. This follows a challenging second NHL appearance on Saturday versus the Rangers, where he allowed five goals on 29 shots (.828 save percentage) but still secured a point in an overtime loss. With the Canadiens carrying three netminders, Sam Montembeault has not started in seven games. Another poor performance could lead to Fowler's reassignment to the minors.
