McMann Suspended One Game for High Stick; Maple Leafs Coach Berube Disagrees

Bobby McMann received a one-game suspension from NHL Player Safety for a high stick to Oliver Bjorkstrand's helmet after being shoved. This marks his first supplemental discipline in 169 NHL games. Maple Leafs coach Craig Berube expressed disagreement, stating he doesn't believe the incident warranted a suspension, despite Player Safety's explanation that McMann was in full control and must display more stick control. McMann has been performing well, scoring six points in his last five games, totaling eight goals and 14 points in 29 appearances this season.
