Zuccarello Exits Game Early After Big Hit, Day-to-Day Status

Mats Zuccarello (undisclosed) exited Monday's 4-1 win against the Kraken in the first period after taking a significant hit from Vince Dunn. The Minnesota Wild winger, 38, was able to skate off on his own, which is encouraging. Head coach John Hynes stated Zuccarello is 'doing okay' but provided no timeline for his return. He is currently considered day-to-day ahead of Thursday's home game against the Stars.
