Talbot to Start Thursday vs. Blue Jackets Amidst Losing Streak

Cam Talbot (Detroit Red Wings) is slated to start in goal Thursday against the Blue Jackets, as reported by Mark Scheig of The Hockey Writers. The 38-year-old netminder aims to improve his recent performance, having lost his last three outings where he conceded 11 goals on 68 shots, leading to an 0-2-1 record. He will face a Columbus team that has scored 16 goals while posting a 2-1-3 record over their last six contests.
