Maple Leafs Goalie Joseph Woll Exits Game with Lower Body Injury

Joseph Woll (lower body) will not return to Thursday's game against the Hurricanes after exiting the contest. He stopped 22 of 23 shots through the first two periods before suffering the LBI. His absence puts the Maple Leafs' goaltending in a precarious spot, as Anthony Stolarz (upper body) is also out. Dennis Hildeby took over in goal during Thursday's game and is expected to step into a starting role if Woll is forced to miss additional time.
