Colten Ellis Confirmed to Start in Goal Wednesday vs. Flyers

Colten Ellis (Buffalo Sabres) is confirmed to start in goal on the road against the Flyers on Wednesday, as reported by Mike Harrington of The Buffalo News. Ellis is coming off a strong performance, having won his last outing by stopping 22 of 24 shots in a 3-2 shootout victory over the Wild on Saturday. He continues to work towards securing a larger share of playing time amidst the Sabres' three-goalie roster. The Flyers present a challenge, having won three of their last four games and scoring 13 goals in that period.
