Pittsburgh Penguins forward Bryan Rust (illness) has confirmed he will play in Wednesday's game against Buffalo, as reported by Dan Potash of SportsNet Pittsburgh. Despite missing Wednesday's practice due to the illness, it is not expected to sideline him from game action. Rust has been held scoreless in his last five appearances, but in nine November outings, he has recorded a goal, four assists, six blocked shots, five hits, and a minus-8 rating.
