Nugent-Hopkins Expected to Return Saturday After Undisclosed Injury

Edmonton Oilers forward Ryan Nugent-Hopkins (undisclosed) is expected to return to the lineup Saturday in Seattle, as announced by head coach Kris Knoblauch on Tuesday. He has missed eight consecutive games due to the injury and will remain sidelined Tuesday against the Stars. Nugent-Hopkins has recorded five goals, 11 helpers, 23 shots on goal, and a minus-11 rating, averaging 18:49 of ice time across 16 appearances this season. His impending return is anticipated to provide a major spark for the struggling Oilers squad.
