Penguins Loan Prospect Harrison Brunicke to AHL for Conditioning
Pittsburgh Penguins' 19-year-old defenseman Harrison Brunicke has been loaned to the AHL's Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins for a conditioning stint. Brunicke, who made the NHL club and scored his first goal in nine games this season, hasn't played in three weeks. This loan, eligible due to five consecutive healthy scratches, can last up to five games or 14 days. He must return by Dec. 8 and is eligible for Team Canada's World Junior Camp, which starts Dec. 12.
