Panthers Goalie Tarasov Starts vs. Predators After Strong Relief Effort

Florida Panthers goaltender Daniil Tarasov will start Monday against the Nashville Predators, following a stellar relief performance Saturday where he stopped all 12 shots against the Edmonton Oilers. Tarasov, 26, boasts a .910 SV% and 2.34 GAA in six games this season, despite only one win due to weak offensive support. This start against the league-worst Predators (6-11-4) offers a prime opportunity to earn more minutes, as the Panthers hold an 8-2-0 record in their last 10 visits to Nashville.
