Jets' Neal Pionk Day-to-Day with Lower-Body Injury, Status for Road Trip Unclear

Winnipeg Jets defenseman Neal Pionk is listed as day-to-day with a lower-body injury after exiting Sunday's game against Minnesota early. He will undergo further evaluation Monday. This is his second lower-body injury in eight months, having missed a month earlier this year. Pionk, a key second-pairing blueliner, sustained the injury during a routine check. His availability for the upcoming three-game road trip is uncertain, with Kale Clague a likely call-up if needed. Pionk has 5 points in 21 games this season.
