Hofer Starts Monday vs. Rangers; Seeks to Improve Goalie Opportunities

Joel Hofer will start Monday's road game against the New York Rangers. The St. Louis Blues goaltender has been splitting the workload with Jordan Binnington, appearing in two of the team's last five outings. In those recent appearances, the 25-year-old Hofer has posted a 0-1-1 record with a 3.39 GAA. With the starting job seemingly "up for grabs" in St. Louis, a win on Monday could significantly improve his chances for more opportunities in the crease.
