Pionk Suffers Lower Body Injury, Exits Sunday's Game Early

Winnipeg Jets defenseman Neal Pionk sustained a lower-body injury and did not return to Sunday's game against Minnesota. Pionk logged only 2:05 of ice time before exiting the matchup. Prior to the injury, he had accumulated one goal, four assists, 43 shots on net, 36 blocked shots, and 41 hits in 20 appearances this season. His absence could lead to Luke Schenn returning to the lineup.
