Mario Ferraro Expresses Playoff Ambition as Sharks Surpass .500 Mark

San Jose Sharks defenseman Mario Ferraro is openly expressing excitement about a potential playoff push, a sentiment not commonly heard in San Jose in November for a long time. Following the Sharks' 3-1 victory over the Florida Panthers, Ferraro, a long-time member of the team who has endured six straight seasons out of the playoffs, stated, "I really want to push for playoffs." This optimism comes as the Sharks have reached a 7-6-3 record, putting them over .500 for the first time since March 22, 2022. Despite acknowledging it's still early in the 16-game season and there's "work to do," Ferraro's visible happiness reflects the team's improved performance.
