Broncos WR Jaylen Waddle's status for Sunday's game vs. the Chiefs will depend on how he progresses over the next few days, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. Waddle aggravated a previous chest injury late in the Week 7 win over the Cardinals, per Rapoport.
