Seahawks acquire All-Pro G Quenton Nelson from Colts for two draft picks

The Seattle Seahawks have agreed to acquire eight-time Pro Bowl guard Quenton Nelson from the Indianapolis Colts in exchange for two draft picks. Nelson brings an 85.7 PFF overall grade, an 81.9 pass-blocking grade and a league-leading 0.27 Wins Above Replacement among guards through seven weeks of the 2026 season. The trade could reshape Seattle's offensive line while opening a starting opportunity for Colts rookie Jalen Farmer.
