Baker Mayfield Blocks for Run Game in Zero-Completion Victory

Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Baker Mayfield went 0-for-3 passing with minus-2 net yards due to a sack during a 16-0 shutout victory over the Atlanta Falcons. Playing in driving rain, Tampa Bay leaned on a franchise-record 324 rushing yards, leading Mayfield to impact the game through key blocking instead. The 3-5 Buccaneers now prepare for a Sunday Night Football matchup against the 6-2 Chicago Bears.
