Landry Shamet Reflects on Return to Cleveland After Playoff Heroics

Returning to the site of New York's Eastern Conference Finals sweep where he emerged as a postseason folk hero, Landry Shamet scored nine points in the Knicks' 109-97 win over the Cavaliers. Starting in place of the injured Josh Hart, Shamet is averaging 9.4 points while shooting 42.5 percent on 3-pointers over 24.9 minutes per game. Now in the first year of a four-year, $24 million contract, Shamet continues to provide vital floor spacing and reliable production for New York.
