DeMarvion Overshown Fined $9,528 for Helmet Hit on Bam Knight

Dallas Cowboys linebacker DeMarvion Overshown was fined $9,528 by the NFL for improper use of the helmet during a hit on Arizona Cardinals running back Bam Knight last week. The collision knocked Knight out of the game and sparked broadcast debate regarding its legality. Despite initial rules analysis suggesting the hit was clean, the NFL officially sanctioned Overshown with the financial penalty.
