Ziaire Williams Mistakenly Confuses Luka Doncic With Austin Reaves

Following the Lakers' 124-118 comeback win over the Trail Blazers, Ziaire Williams mistakenly approached Austin Reaves during a walk-off interview thinking he was Luka Dončić, who had just scored 53 points. Reaves dryly retorted, “I’m the wrong white person.” Dončić playfully called the blunder disrespectful. The victory improved the Lakers to an 8-2 record, led by Dončić's historic scoring tear to begin the season.
