Trae Young Prepares for Emotional Return to Face Atlanta Hawks

Washington Wizards point guard Trae Young returns to State Farm Arena on Friday for his first matchup against his former team, the Atlanta Hawks. Traded last January after eight seasons in Atlanta, the four-time All-Star is averaging 19.6 points and 9.6 assists per game across eight starts for Washington (4-4). The Wizards seek to overcome severe rebounding deficiencies and heavy perimeter ball-pressure following a 120-105 loss to Atlanta earlier in the week.
