Justin Walley Ruled Out for Week 9 Clash With Cowboys

Indianapolis Colts cornerback Justin Walley (knee) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Dallas Cowboys. Walley sustained the knee injury during Week 7 against the Minnesota Vikings and has not returned to practice since. His absence further thins out the Indianapolis secondary as they prepare to face Dallas on the road.
