Akeem Davis-Gaither Ruled Out for Week 9 Against Cowboys

Indianapolis Colts linebacker Akeem Davis-Gaither (knee) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Dallas Cowboys after failing to practice all week. Head coach Shane Steichen announced that rookie linebacker CJ Allen will wear the defensive communication headset ('green dot'), with a rotation of linebackers filling in beside Allen to account for Davis-Gaither's absence on defense.
