Mike Evans Misses Friday Practice; Week 9 Status in Serious Doubt

San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Mike Evans (Achilles) was absent from the media-viewing portion of Friday's practice, putting his status for Sunday's game against the Las Vegas Raiders in serious doubt. Following consecutive practice absences, Evans may be forced to sit out until Week 10, though the veteran has previously played through missed practices. His absence leaves San Francisco with a depleted receiving corps.
