Alvin Kamara Set for Heavy Workload with Etienne and Donaldson Out

New Orleans Saints running back Alvin Kamara is positioned for a featured backfield role in Week 9 against the Cleveland Browns. With Travis Etienne (hamstring) unable to activate from injured reserve and backup C.J. Donaldson (shoulder/concussion) ruled out, Kamara will lead the rushing attack alongside depth options Kendre Miller and Audric Estime as New Orleans seeks offensive consistency.
