Joonas Korpisalo Activated Off Injured Reserve by Rangers

Joonas Korpisalo was activated off injured reserve by the Rangers on Friday after completing a conditioning stint with AHL Hartford. The 32-year-old goaltender has missed over a month due to a foot infection and has yet to make his regular-season debut. With Igor Shesterkin sidelined for the year, Korpisalo will compete with Dylan Garand for the primary goaltender role.
