Logan Cooley Nets Hat Trick In Utah Mammoth Overtime Loss To Montreal

Utah Mammoth forward Logan Cooley recorded a brilliant hat trick and added an assist, though his team fell 5-4 in overtime to the Montreal Canadiens. With this performance, Cooley reached five career hat tricks in just 228 games, becoming the fastest active player to achieve the feat and besting Alex Ovechkin by two games. Despite Cooley's offensive brilliance and Nick Schmaltz's three-point night, Utah dropped a tight contest decided in the extra session.
