Norchad Omier Signs Two-Way Contract With Cleveland Cavaliers

The Cleveland Cavaliers signed forward Norchad Omier to a two-way contract after the G League standout backed out of a previous commitment with the Minnesota Timberwolves. The 6-foot-7 forward brings much-needed size and athleticism to a Cleveland frontcourt battling depth issues and injuries. Omier, who shot 20 percent from three-point range in 11 games with the Cleveland Charge last season, will aim to earn rotation minutes at the NBA level.
