Max Muncy Named Finalist for NL Third Base Silver Slugger Award

Los Angeles Dodgers third baseman Max Muncy was announced as a finalist for the 2026 National League Silver Slugger Award alongside Alex Bregman. Muncy appeared in a career-high 149 games, leading all NL third basemen with an .837 OPS, .490 slugging percentage, and 129 wRC+. He posted a .252/.348/.490 stat line while hitting 29 home runs and a career-best 27 doubles. Previously a finalist in 2021 and 2025, Muncy aims to become the first Dodgers 3B to win since 2004.
