Michael Penix Jr. Throws Two Interceptions in Shutout Loss to Bucs

Atlanta Falcons rookie quarterback Michael Penix Jr. struggled in Week 8, throwing two first-quarter interceptions to linebacker Alex Anzalone during a 16-0 shutout loss against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Atlanta's offense was held to 224 total yards, turned the ball over four times, and failed to convert any of its 12 third-down opportunities. Penix and the Falcons offense will look to rebound following the division setback.
