Peter Woods Misses Practice With Neck Injury After Week 8

Kansas City Chiefs rookie defensive tackle Peter Woods did not participate in Wednesday's practice after sustaining a neck injury during Sunday's loss to Denver. Woods left the game early after taking on an open-field block and walked gingerly to the sideline. The first-year interior defender forms part of a productive Kansas City rookie class as the team prepares for its Week 9 matchup against the New York Jets.
