Christian McCaffrey Sidelined From Wednesday Practice With Hamstring

San Francisco 49ers running back Christian McCaffrey did not participate in Wednesday's practice as he continues to recover from a hamstring injury suffered in Week 7 against Atlanta. Head coach Kyle Shanahan expressed hope that McCaffrey can return to the practice field on Thursday. McCaffrey has logged 42 targets without a receiving touchdown this season, averaging 7.4 yards per catch heading into Week 9.
