Tanner McKee Benched by Eagles as Joe Milton III Gets Week 9 Start

Philadelphia Eagles head coach Nick Sirianni is benching quarterback Tanner McKee in favor of newcomer Joe Milton III for Sunday's divisional game against the Giants. McKee started the last three games following Jalen Hurts' season-ending lung injury, going 0-3 while completing 63.2 percent of his passes for 5.6 yards per attempt with two touchdowns and two interceptions. McKee now shifts to a backup role as Philadelphia seeks an offensive reset.
