Connor Hellebuyck Leads Strong Start as Opponents Study Game Plan

Connor Hellebuyck has pushed his record to 3-0 as a starter, helping New Jersey reach 10-5 on the season despite missing training camp. Following a 4-3 shootout win over the Edmonton Oilers, head coach Sheldon Keefe praised the netminder for elevating the team's defensive confidence. Opponents are now focusing on screened shots and quick lateral passing to beat Hellebuyck, particularly on power plays, as he continues to excel at reading the play and stopping high-danger chances.
