Lamar Jackson Likely Out for Season With Thumb Injury

Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson appears set to miss the team's Week 9 matchup against the Jacksonville Jaguars and is likely out for the remainder of the season. Jackson was placed on injured reserve after suffering a thumb injury on his throwing hand during the first offensive play against the Buffalo Bills. With backup Tyler Huntley also sidelined for the year, the Ravens face severe roster hurdles in their quarterback room.
