Greg Newsome II Agrees to Three-Year Contract Extension With Giants

Cornerback Greg Newsome II has agreed to a three-year contract extension with the New York Giants. The veteran defensive back's new deal comes as the first-place Giants prepare for a crucial Week 9 divisional matchup against the Philadelphia Eagles under head coach John Harbaugh. Newsome's long-term extension secures a key presence in New York's secondary as the franchise looks to maintain its division lead and reverse a longstanding road losing streak in Philadelphia.
