Zach Werenski Records Assist in Columbus Blue Jackets' 7-2 Victory

Zach Werenski recorded an assist on Charlie Coyle's second-period goal to help guide the Columbus Blue Jackets to a 7-2 victory against the Colorado Avalanche on Tuesday. Werenski combined with Kent Johnson to setup Coyle's tip-in at the 12:03 mark of the middle frame. The blue-liner's playmaking helped Columbus halt a two-game losing streak, delivering a convincing offensive performance to derail Colorado's three-game winning run.
