Evgeni Malkin Out Tuesday Against Golden Knights With Lower-Body Injury

Pittsburgh Penguins center Evgeni Malkin will miss Tuesday's home matchup against the Vegas Golden Knights due to a lower-body injury. This marks the second absence of the season for the 40-year-old veteran, who previously sat out a game due to illness. Malkin has recorded six goals, 11 points, and 27 shots on net through 13 appearances this season. His next opportunity to return comes Thursday versus Boston.
