William Stromgren Set to Make Flames Season Debut Against Sharks

William Stromgren will make his season debut for the Calgary Flames on Monday against the San Jose Sharks. The 23-year-old forward was recalled following a hot start with the AHL's Calgary Wranglers, where he recorded 11 points (3G, 8A) through 11 games. Stromgren, who appeared in three NHL games last season, is expected to line up alongside Jonathan Costagna and Adam Klapka as head coach Ryan Huska urges him to play a direct, straight-line game.
