Obi Toppin Dressed But Will Only Play in Emergency

Indiana Pacers forward Obi Toppin is dealing with a back injury and will dress for Monday's game against the Atlanta Hawks, but he is restricted to playing only in an emergency situation. The precautionary active status allows the Pacers to have him on the bench for depth while managing his back issue, limiting his expected participation on the court.
