Carson Beck Promoted to Backup Quarterback Behind Gardner Minshew

Arizona Cardinals head coach Mike LaFleur confirmed that rookie Carson Beck is promoted to the team's primary backup quarterback behind new starter Gardner Minshew, as Jacoby Brissett drops to emergency third string. The move is designed to continue Beck's development. Beck is currently week-to-week and feeling healthy as the Cardinals prepare for Sunday's matchup against the Seattle Seahawks.
