Gardner Minshew Named Starting Quarterback for Arizona Cardinals

Cardinals head coach Mike LaFleur announced Gardner Minshew will take over as the team's starting quarterback beginning Sunday against Seattle. Minshew sparked a dramatic 33-30 overtime comeback win over Dallas in Week 8 during his season debut, completing 17-of-23 passes for 188 yards and three touchdowns in relief of Jacoby Brissett. Rookie Carson Beck will serve as Minshew's backup, dropping Brissett to third string.
