Chicago Bears Elevate Tight End Stephen Carlson for Monday Night

The Chicago Bears announced that tight end Stephen Carlson has been elevated from the practice squad to the gameday active roster for Monday night's Week 8 contest against the Seattle Seahawks. Carlson, 29, has not yet appeared in a game this season after playing in two contests for Chicago last year. Entering the league as an undrafted free agent in 2019, Carlson has accumulated 28 career appearances and seven starts across his time with the Browns and Bears.
