Fidel Ulloa Impresses in AFL with New Kick Changeup

Right-handed relief prospect Fidel Ulloa has excelled in the Arizona Fall League, delivering 7.1 scoreless innings with nine strikeouts and two walks across seven appearances. Working with pitching coach Jerry Sullivan, Ulloa introduced a new 'kick changeup' to complement his swing-and-miss slider and high-velocity fastball, giving him a legitimate three-pitch big-league arsenal.
